Pricing for corporate portraits (headshots, executive portraits, team photos) varies based on factors like session length, location, and deliverables. We offer different experience packages that can be further tailored according to your needs and wants.
Key elements influencing your Portrait Experience session:
- Session length: longer sessions (e.g. 4 hours) typically cost more than "essential" sessions (up to 2 hours).
- Deliverables: the number of edited photos, if it is digital files only vs. prints, print sizes, etc. affect pricing.
- Editing level: basic editing is standard; advanced retouching may cost extra, depending on the complexity of the intervention.
- Location: studio session or on-location shoot (cfr. travel costs, permit fees if applicable).
- Props/setup: specialised or complex setups (lighting, backdrops) may increase costs.
- Delivery timeframe: rush delivery is possible at a premium (cfr. 24-48 hours).
- Usage rights: commercial use may incur additional fees depending on the scope, distribution channels, geographic reach, duration, and scale of use.
- Professional services: a make-up artist and/or hair stylist can be foreseen for an additional charge.
Setting up a photo studio on premises is possible and can be easily done, depending on the space and configuration of the room.

Pricing for business event photography (e.g. celebration, conference, master class) varies based on factors like session length, location, and deliverables.
We offer different experience packages that can be further tailored according to your needs and wishes. We propose for example an Essential Event Reportage with up to 2 hours on-site coverage and a pre-approved list of people (trombinoscope) discussed and curated with you, that is well suited for enterprises organising a business meeting, product presentation, or a team-building event. We also propose an Extended Event Reportage with up to 4 hours on-site coverage and a pre-approved list of people (trombinoscope) discussed and curated with you, that is perfect for enterprises organising a conference, keynote event and looking for selected shots (e.g. presenters, guest speakers, VIP attendees) combined with photos that give an excellent sense of the event's atmosphere. Of course we are open to your suggestions and adapt our offers to best meet your needs and wants.

We offer different branding packages, from 2 hours on-site reportage to full day coverage, with individual and group portraits, ambiance shots, workplace and facilities scenes, etc. along with custom options (events, multiple locations, international assignments, packshots, advanced retouching, commercial usage rights) available on request.
What is included in each of our estimates:
- Preliminary discussions to properly identify needs and wants
- Travel within Belgium < 50 km (distance calculated from Brussels)
- Online photo gallery with private password-protected access with collaboration features
- Online collaboration: possibility to review, approve, reject, comment, and annotate the photos
- Unlimited downloading of the final photos made available in the agreed formats
- Private use rights for photos for online use (websites and social media).
