What to expect from our photoshoots
Before the shoot
Before your session, you will receive a confirmation email containing all practical details such as the location, timing, and any specific recommendations to help you prepare. Please take a moment to review this information and reach out if you have any questions or special requests. Our team is here to ensure everything runs smoothly before you arrive.
On the day of the shoot
On the day of your shoot, punctuality helps us make the most of your time together. If you’d like a few extra minutes to adjust your hair or perfect your makeup, simply let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly. The intention is for you to step onto the set feeling calm, confident, and fully at ease.
We will begin with gentle direction to guide you into the most flattering light and posture. Throughout the session, our focus remains on creating a comfortable and inspiring atmosphere. Feel free to share your thoughts or ideas as we shoot— the process is collaborative, and your input enriches the result. Our goal is to reveal your personality and the essence of who you are. The more relaxed and enjoyable the experience, the more authentic and elegant your portraits will appear.
During the session, we may show you one or two early images to align on the concept, while keeping the natural rhythm of the shoot uninterrupted. If any adjustments are needed, we will handle them seamlessly.
A mini-session photoshoot typically lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, focused on capturing a strong and timeless selection of portraits that celebrates you at your best.
A private portrait session or a personal branding session is scheduled for two or three hours. It will allow for multiple outfit changes, varied lighting moods, and a wider range of poses and compositions. This extended format gives us the flexibility to explore different facets of your image—whether you wish to convey approachability, confidence, creativity, or authority—resulting in a versatile collection of refined and expressive portraits.
After the photoshoot
Once the photoshoot is complete, the post-production process begins. Immediately after the session, all images are securely downloaded and backed up to ensure their protection. We then begin the careful process of review and curation, selecting the most refined compositions from the shoot. These selected photographs receive an initial edit, including balanced colour correction, fine-tuned contrast and exposure, and precise cropping for visual harmony.
Your curated selection will then be uploaded to a private online gallery. You will receive an email containing your personal login details. The gallery is password-protected, allowing access only to those you choose to share it with. Within the gallery, you can mark your favorite images, leave comments, and download any selected photographs — with no limit on the number of downloads.
Depending on your selected portrait experience bundle, you are invited to select one or several images from your favorite list to receive as a high-definition file. Upon request, we can apply a complimentary fine retouch, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with your expectations.
The full post-production and gallery preparation typically take between two and three weeks. Your online gallery will remain accessible for a minimum of three months, giving you ample time to revisit, download, and enjoy your images at your leisure.

We’re committed to providing effective solutions to ensure your satisfaction. Should you prefer a brighter, cleaner look, we can also propose high key photography for both men and women—producing luminous, crisp images with contemporary appeal.
To ensure your session reflects your personality and purpose, we welcome any specific preferences in lighting or style before your shoot. We invite you to discuss your vision, branding needs, or desired mood with us in advance.
We will tailor our photographic approach and aesthetic to suit your individual goals, so you can be confident that every image aligns with what you wish to convey.
For our mini-sessions, no make-up artist is provided. Our intention is to capture you as authentically and naturally as possible—reflecting your real, everyday self. Naturally, you are welcome to apply your own makeup and style your hair as you prefer.
Please note that no beauty products or accessories will be supplied on set for hygiene reasons. You are invited to bring your own makeup and hairstyling essentials. A dedicated area with a mirror will be available, allowing you to make any finishing touches before your session begins.
We encourage you to wear clothing that feels comfortable and genuinely reflects your everyday style or the activities you especially enjoy. Authenticity is key to capturing your true personality.
To ensure your portraits remain timeless and focused on you, we advise avoiding garments with bold patterns or very pronounced colours. Instead, solid light or dark clothing works best. Textured fabrics or pleats in solid colours are also excellent choices, adding subtle interest without distraction.
This approach helps create harmonious portraits where your presence and expression remain the central focus.
A dedicated changing area will be available for you to use before or during the session if you wish to dress differently.
If you would like to change outfits during your photoshoot, this is certainly possible. Please be mindful of the overall session time and avoid extending your changeover at the expense of the next client’s scheduled slot.
For extensive outfit changes or if multiple looks are planned, we recommend discussing this with us in advance. We can then allocate additional time accordingly to ensure a smooth and relaxed session.
We understand that plans may change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your photoshoot appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This advance notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a fee. In the event of a no-show without prior communication, the full session fee will apply.
