Mini-sessions — Portrait Shoot


General Description
A photo mini-session is a short, focused portrait shoot, usually lasting about 10 to 20 minutes. It takes place at a location and on a date chosen by the photographer, often with several mini-sessions scheduled back-to-back. During this quick session, the photographer captures a small number of images, typically between 5 and 15 photos.

Mini-sessions are perfect for people who want updated portraits without a long time commitment or based on a specific theme proposed in advance. Because of the limited time, the session keeps things simple — usually with one background or setting and minimal outfit changes. It is a fast, convenient way to get fresh images, ideal for seasonal updates, special occasions, or just a quick refresh of your personal or family photos.

Session organisation
Our photo sessions are scheduled throughout the year based on the interest generated by the proposed themes and the success of candidate applications. Dates and locations for these sessions are announced via our website, social media channels, and relevant interest groups, especially when sessions are organised in collaboration or upon their request. 

Our project photo shoot sessions follow the same principle and process, ensuring a consistent and well-organised experience for all participants.

Also, it is possible to organise mini-sessions at a private location, provided there is enough space to set up our portable studio equipment and that at least three participants are involved. If this applies to you, don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss arranging such a session.


Registration Process
Prospective candidates are invited to apply for the session(s) that best suit their interests by completing the dedicated application form provided for each specific session. Following the receipt and processing of the registration form, successful applicants will be notified via email that their enrollment is registered. 

The candidates will then be required to select a specific time slot for their photoshoot session on the designated day to secure their appointment for the forthcoming portrait mini-session. Finally, all participants will receive a confirmation email with the venue and session details. 

Participation in the photo shoots is contingent upon acceptance of the prevailing terms and conditions. Candidates are required to provide explicit consent to be photographed and to authorise the use of such photographs, which includes copyrights and image rights. 
A written consent form reflecting this agreement must be signed at the beginning of the photo session. In cases where the candidate is under the age of 18, the consent form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

About the photoshoot
Each participant will be allocated a time slot for their portrait session, with a minimum duration of 15 minutes per individual mini-session. This time is exclusively dedicated for capturing the participant’s portrait.

The actual duration may vary depending on shooting conditions, such as whether the session takes place at a dedicated studio or an event venue. Please be aware that schedule adjustments and overruns may occur. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility should the planned agenda require modification.

If you anticipate needing additional time for your session or expect to arrive late, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate these needs. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your photoshoot appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. This notice allows us to offer your spot to someone else.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may incur a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, the full session fee will apply. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. We will be happy to work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule.
